The shipper warrants that each parcel or container tendered to B2C Ship is accurately described on the shipping manifest and does not contain any prohibited items, undeclared lithium batteries exceeding capacity, hazardous chemicals, narcotics, or contraband as defined by IATA and national transport laws.
All international consignments are subject to physical inspection and document verification by customs border authorities. The consignor or consignee is responsible for all applicable import duties, customs tariffs, demurrage, and inspection fees levied by national customs jurisdictions.
While B2C Ship exerts every reasonable effort to deliver shipments according to standard transit timetables, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. B2C Ship shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, airport closures, extreme weather, strikes, or sovereign border restrictions.
